"Pity? It was pity that stayed many a hand. Many that live deserve death. Some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them? Do not be too eager to deal out death in judgment. Even the very wise cannot see all ends. My heart tells me that many people has some part to play yet, for good or ill before this is over. Pity may rule the fate of many." - Arthos Von Ilúvatar

Personality:[]

Ilúvatar generally displays a light-hearted, talkative, easy-going, witty and cheeky manner, but combines this with a somewhat egocentric sense of unstoppability when facing his enemies. He is ruthless and dangerous, although much less inclined to complex schemes and set goals. This emerged early on when he sent his enemies to their deaths while commenting that, with him, there were "no second chances." He acknowledges that he is less merciful than he used to be and has stuck to his "one warning" code, punishing his foes if they persist in their hostilities. Ilúvatar supports his immense self-belief in his abilities and authority in a different way by causing people to acquiesce to his ultimatum simply by stating if they were in a library, they should "Look him up". However, he will sometimes try and save the life of an enemy if he believes it fitting, and refuses to punish children "because they're children". He notes that his companions are a positive influence on him. He is critical of corrupt politicinas, going as far as to describe people with fascists as "the enemy". His strong personal sense of justice makes him quick to anger when he feels it is violated When it comes to injustice, Ilúvatar is disgusted. He is a staunch believer in freedom and fights solely for his cause.

Ilúvatar sometimes uses a cheerful, energetic façade to mask inner emotions. He has a tendency to babble, mixing apparent nonsense with vital information, sometimes acting erratically to put his enemies off guard. He can also be rude on occasion, and is not always aware of it, being prone to making comments that to outsiders seem obtuse or rude, sometimes to his own embarrassment, being described as "Cheeky." He has a tendency to use his own form of language: Jibberish to describe concepts before substituting it with a simpler, analogous explanation, such as "Magic is a big ball of wibbly wobbly, timey wimey stuff." He is also able to rapidly switch between moods, from mania to anger to nonchalance and uses this as a form of reverse psychology on several occasions. A more confident, self-assured side would show around his enemies, but did not hesitate to taunt them.

There is an undeniable shadow cast over the jollity of Ilúvatar. He had a ruthlessness, bordering on arrogance that was almost eerie to behold. Beneath his youthful veneer, He is a very old man who has seen many terrible things; and in some matters, his patience and capability for mercy and compassion has worn out or diminished. He has a very hard time accepting defeat or failure, for example, when he was unable to save someone he would have a outburst of rage or a fit screaming something like "I can do anything!" He frequently gets into trouble because of his vast and loose sense of superiority

It has been made clear that Ilúvatar is, despite constant interaction with others, a lonely person deep down. H e describes the ability of a Daeva to live forever as a fatal curse, because while his human companions all someday leave him and eventually die, he continues to live on. Ilúvatar is more extroverted and gregarious, having quickly established a firmer rapport with the friends and families of those he travels with, though his talkativeness sometimes irritates others not used to him. He is openly fond of mankind and is apparently in awe of their tenacity and curiosity, he describes human beings as both brilliant and stupid at the same time. However, he is also quick to criticise mankind when he feels it is necessary, indeed, his confidence in the human race became far less pronounced at one point where he was left speechless after witnessing the steps humans can become willing to take when placed in a threatening situation. Ilúvatar often faced their adventures with a cheerful, almost blasé attitude, even when terror and death happened around them.

Ilúvatar can most of the time speak in a formal tongue, also with the skills of portraying a poetic and romantic side, sharing kisses with his companions, some even confessing that they love him. Whenever he is reminded of those he has lost, which he holds sorrow and regret that runs deeper then the roots of an Elim, he sometimes becomes depressed or pensive. He has been married many times and has had many children, all whom have died as the years went by and age or death withered with them.

Relationships:[]

The Diary of Ilúvatar Von Stauffenberg - Thesis of Immortality: The first requisite for immortality is death, yet Immortality is a fate worse than death. The soul secured in your existence, smiles at the drawn dagger, and defies its point. The stars shall fade away, the sun himself, grow dim with age, and nature sink in years. But tho shalt flourish in immortal youth, unhurt amidst the war of elements, the wreck of matter, and the crash of worlds. Some say when all desires that dwell within the human heart are cast away, then a mortal becomes immortal. This is not true. Let us be persuaded to consider that the soul is immortal and capable of enduring all evil and good, and so we shall always hold to the upward way and pursue justice with wisdom. We feel and know by experience that we are eternal, forever in the heart of our loved ones

Strive not, my soul, for an immortal life, but make the most of what is possible.

Father: Ilúvatar's father was Krauss Von Stauffenberg. Ilúvatar's feelings towards his father was nothing short of deep, boiling hatred, increasingly sickening disgust and a loathsomeness that would last for an eternity. Worsening the situation was the fact that his father, Krauss had a strong dislike for children, and only had them because his wife begged him to. Ever since he was born,Ilúvatar has been the victim to a subject of heavy criticism and harsh remarks from his father, such as being weak and pathetic, because he did not share the same bloodlust as his father did. Everyday theyd have numerous and heated arguments over things, to the point of fighting and abuse. Ilúvatar wished his fathr would die the death his deserve, hated by all his people, an invent he got to witness whilst tormenting his fathers ill-omen state. To this day, he comments about his father are very dark and aggravated, such as a "My father was a Swine! Filthy, arrogant, self centered piece of shit."

Beliefs:[]

Some of Ilúvatar's beliefs: Ilúvatar is a staunch believer in the fact that the ends always justify the means. He fights for this cause, but only when it comes into contact with what he is aiming for. He will not kill one to save a thousand if it is for something he doesn't believe in.

1. A man who won't die for something is not fit to live. What is the use of living, if it be not to strive for noble causes and to make this muddled world a better place for those who will live in it after we are gone?

2. I do believe that everything we see, everything that is in front of us is just the visible part of reality. We have the invisible part of reality, like emotions for example, like feelings. This is our perception of the world, but in a grain of sand and in a flower, this energy is everywhere.

3. Our goals can only be reached through a life of heartache and pain, in which we must fervently believe, and upon which we must vigorously act. There is no other route to success.

4. I believe your most attractive features are your heart and soul

5. The truth is incontrovertible. Panic may resent it, ignorance may deride it, malice may distort it, but there it is.

6. Every day you may make progress. Every step may be fruitful. Yet there will stretch out before you an ever-lengthening, ever-ascending, ever-improving path. You know you will never get to the end of the journey. But this, so far from discouraging, only adds to the joy and the glory of the climb.

7. Combat for defense only
