Mr. Logic[]
Majid is a revered Spiritmaster who works as a bounty hunter and often known as "The Wandering Scribe" for his passion of travelling. While he appears as a man who holds very little attachment to emotions and only uses people for his own benefit, he has many comrades and connections with people. Since young, Majid has held very high regard to the world of spiritual magic and sorcery, even going as far as killing people who dare to insult the use of magic. Due to being an emotionally-divorced man, he makes decisions logically rather than based on feelings.
Personality[]
Majid has been described as an emotionally detached man with almost zero social skills. While he has trouble socializing with people normally, he uses tact and well-rehearsed acting to blend in with the crowd and negotiate his dealings way through. He does not understand emotional people and mocks people who base their decisions on feelings. Time to time, Majid questions himself why he has problems understanding emotions.
As an ambitious man who strives to become a prestigious spell scribe and a revered spiritmaster, Majid holds no remorse in using people for his own selfish gains and does not mind being a bastard about it. When he actually does ally with someone, he holds no attachments to his comrades and only allies for the sake of his own benefit.
Majid enjoys criticizing people who are not up to his standards and correcting people for single mistake they make, particularly wrathful when things do not go his way.
However, Majid is not all cold and silent. He is just a really serious man who has difficulty understanding emotions and expressing himself in a social situation. Anyone who could penetrate his emotional barrier, has a great chance of becoming his true friend.
Majid also has a hobby of scribing spells, doing alchemy work and writing down notes for his research. His greatest passion is to be able to travel around Atreia.
History[]
Not much known about Majid other than there were rumors about how he was a son of a raider and a lowly merchant. He also had a girlfriend whom he abandoned and forgotten about her after his ascension.
Majid despises his humble background and refuses to mention anything about it. Unlike any other gifted magi and casters, Majid did not start out gifted with magic and only gained his magic abilities through earnest hard work and determination. He also practiced spell scribing through his years as a former raider. (His harsh days as a raider also earned him numerous scars)
After his ascension, his talents were noticed by a noble daeva and was employed as a bounty hunter and researcher with a promise of being accepted into nobility. However, his job belies more underground and 'darker' work than one thinks of him.
