Appearance[]
Being trained in ways of a warrior since the very young age, Tylrai has bulky figure compared to most other women. Like all other members of Seire household, she is tall, has almost-too-pale skin with hint of purple, deep wine-red eyes, and jet black hair. She sports wide shoulders and hips with muscle toned arm and legs that has become an object of her brother's merciless teasing along with her quite-visible nose mole.
To those with experienced eyes, they can tell that she has given birth to a child before.
Personality[]
She acts quite confident and sure of herself. It's rare to get much panicked reaction out of her such as a blush or a stutter. She tend to smile a lot and is generally friendly to almost anyone that has claws and mane. She is adept at masking her true thought and emotions as most nobles of Vanahal are. Everything she does or says are done after much calculations and speculations on her part whether it may seem like it or not. She tries not to make enemies and always look to befriend anyone she crosses. However, due to her indifferently friendly attitude toward most everyone, she comes across many as fake or even shallow. It's not quite far from truth either.
She may say the most nicest thing anyone can say but there's no feeling or sincerity behind the words she speaks and more empathic people notices this. No, only emotion she seem to express freely is curiosity.
The Eccentric[]
Tylrai is rather well known for her odd taste in both fashion and art. For example, she has quite a large collection of wine corks, animal teeth, and insect wings. She also seem to lack common color coordination sense most people have and is always walking around proudly in her outrageous clothes of pink, purple, lime green, and doesn't have any qualm about the fact that she is much too old to be in certain type of dress or hairstyle either.
Apart from her general weird taste, Tylrai also has eccentric ideals compared to most common nobles of Vanahal. She speaks rather negetively when it comes to the subject of ascension and Daevahood as well as the whole idea of life itself as an immortal being. She sees it inevitable that if something doesn't change for a long extended period of time, that something is bound to rot and corrupt. Which is probably the reason why she is quite intent on crushing down the whole Vanahal district. This idea, however, is rarely spoken out loud in public as she is not a fool. Instead, she speaks very highly of commoners and trust those that are of none-noble blood over other nobles.
It is whispered that she has developed her strange sides due to her secret desire to attract attention from her father, Karnhak, who has always been rather ignorant of things when it came to his daughter.
General Background[]
Born as the first child between Ruvestine and Karnhak of the House Seire, Tylrai grew up at first without knowing much anything about the reality around her. She went through training to become a warrior since she was first able to sit upright.
But when a prophet warned the family that she had the 'shadow of death' following her destiny, she was immediately given up by her parents. Tylrai was thirteen when this incident forever changed who she would become.
Thinking that she would never ascend to Daeva to immortal life, her relatives urged her to take lessons in Soul Healing where even humans were able to contribute to the efforts of Asmodae. It was shameful, after all, for any member of Seire family to be be just sitting around wasting resources.
Grudgingly, Tylrai dropped her warrior training and went to follow the path of Aether manipulation and soul healing. She wasn't too talented at it however, since she has never debbed with anything like it before in her entire fourteen years of life.
She lived in relative peace and in solitude for the next few years in the shadows of Vanahal. No one really knew her, nor cared for her much. She was just-another-noble-born who-wouldn't-ascend.
It wasn't until she turned seventeen and mysteriously dissappeared from Pandaemonium that people started to show interest to the would-have-been-heir of Seire house. Rumors flied and snow-balled as to what had happened to the lost lady. The fact that members of Shadow Council suddenly frequented their visit to Giztak, the head of house, and great grandfather of Tylrai, didn't help either.
Tylrai returned almost exact year later, unharmed and in generally good physical condition. However, she fell seriously ill soon after but the reason of the sickness is hushed and killed away by Seire house.
After she was back on her feet, her attitude changed quite drastically. She became more assertive, more active and generally more optimistic. She started to express her ideals and socialized more freely with many others who weren't even in her social circles.
Ascension[]
Tylrai ascended at age of 22. Exactly how it happened is unknown to all. She just one day went out for a walk and returned, ascended. She tries to avoid talking about it in any further detail than that.
Ambitions, Motivations[]
Tylrai is always the curious type. She likes to be nosy and butt into others' affairs whether they may be nobles or commoners. Apart from her generic personal interest in others, she also does most stuff just to get on wrong side of her parent, especially her father, Karnhak.
Her ambitions are of her own and what she does say rarely makes much sense to others. If one was optimistic, it would look like she works only for the good will of Asmodae, however, if one was pessimistic, it could be seen that she wishes to overthrow the entirety of Daevan society. Only thing anyone would agree on about her is that she cares deeply for her brother, Tiarnel, and avoids any sort of contact with her cousin, Ruvel.
